The holistic ancient medical system from India and sister science of Yoga
Ayurveda Consultations
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic medical science from India. An Ayurvedic consultation assesses the state of physical, mental, and emotional as one.
What might Ayurveda suggest you change?
-
Diet
“If the diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. If the diet is right, medicine is of no need.” - Ancient Ayurvedic Proverb.
In Ayurveda, food is medicine and the needs of every individual are unique. A tailored and individualized diet is suggested at the end of every consultation.
-
Lifestyle
According to Ayurveda, a routine that is in harmony with nature brings health, and a routine against nature leads to imbalances.
In a consultation, individual suggestions to adapt your current routine are given.

Herbal Formulations
Ayurveda uses nature to heal what came from nature: you. Thousands of herbal formulations are described in ancient Ayurvedic texts for a large variety of ailments and have been used for thousands of years. At the end of the consultation, herbal formulations might be recommended to you.
According to Ayurveda, health is a state of:
Balanced digestive fire (Agni)
Balanced bodily energy forces (doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha)
Waste products (urine, feces, and sweat) are produced and eliminated at normal levels
The five senses (vision, hearing, touch, taste, and smell) and their corresponding organs are functioning normally
The body, mind, and consciousness are working harmoniously as one.
If there's any disturbance, Ayurveda suggests one seek the help of an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
If you feel something is not right in your mind-body system, it might be worth investigating.
